These terms cover your use of Unwander, an iPhone app made by S7A Lab. By using the app you agree to them.
Unwander sends reminders through the day inviting you to notice where you are, and asks you once each evening to rate how present your day felt and optionally write a few words about it.
Unwander is not a medical device and is not healthcare. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical or psychological advice. If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional.
Unwander requires an active subscription. Two options are offered:
Both begin with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and the first payment is taken on the fourth day.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Prices are in US dollars and may differ by region.
Cancel any time in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions on your iPhone, or through the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the period you are in. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Everything you have written stays readable. Your past days, with their ratings and notes, remain visible in the app. What stops is the ability to add to them: no new day can be logged, reminders stop arriving, and the streak is no longer shown. Your entries remain in your own iCloud whether or not you subscribe.
Your ratings and notes are yours. They are stored on your device and in your own iCloud account — we have no access to them and claim no rights over them. See the Privacy Policy.
Please do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, or use it in any unlawful way.
We may update the app, change how features work, or discontinue it. We may also change prices; any change applies from your next renewal, and Apple will ask for your consent to a price increase before it takes effect.
Unwander is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered — your phone's Focus modes, Do Not Disturb, notification settings and battery state all affect delivery, and these are outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, S7A Lab is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any consumer protection you have under the laws of the place where you live.
